The Escapade

April 12, 2010 – I woke up at 7.30am, although my eyes want to rest my body wants to get up because lots of preparations must be done. Time can’t let me skip my breakfast and relaxing shower. So I didn’t feel the time pressure, and thanks to you Leandro for not giving me pressure.

At 8.15am I finished my breakfast and shower. I texted Tay to get the money from Ate Ellen, and we went to Seebok’s store to buy five 1.5 drinks.
And when we went to Chooks-to-go, but the Chickens were not yet cooked. We dropped the drinks at my house and went to Ate Ellen to give her the junk foods and one 1.5 drink. While we were there, I realized I didn’t have a good breakfast, so we ate there for my second time and for Tay’s first *Yummy Adobo. After eating, Uno arrived, and so we left Ate Ellen and we went to check the other branch of Chooks-to-go and same thing happened. So we went to Parola to get Kerwin. And after Kerwin’s preparations we went to my house to get the four 1.5 and Uno with Kerwin went to Ate Ellen to get the guitar. After that, we went to the gasoline station and to chooks-to-go.

Originally we should leave at 8.30am but we left Catbalogan at 9.30am *because we are Filipinos. We stopped at Jiabong Samar to get Cristan. That was a 30-minute travel. After drinking, Uno and Cristan went to a Vulcanizing shop because there’s something wrong with Uno’s motorcycle. *Yes we didn’t commute; we used Tay’s motor and Uno’s. 30 minutes passed and Cristan decided to go with us, but since we won’t fit, he decided to wait for his family’s motorcycle. At 10.30 am we left for Paranas Samar.

We arrived at Paranas at 11am. We stopped at a closed store near Amiel’s House. When we were there, I didn’t anymore notice the time. We went to Rodrigo’s house; actually it was his grandparent’s house. And Igo decided to use his Uncle’s multicab, so we left the motorcycles at his grandparent’s house. Together with his cousin we went to Villa Escober. I was at the front seat, and I asked if the driver, Igo’s cousin, know Rizalito Mabulay. And I thought I heard it was his uncle, but when I asked again he said it was him! Uh-oh, what a question *laughs. He’s a good driver, so we arrived at Villa Escober safe. =)
After putting the things at the cottage, Igo and Rizalito *Ooh, G. I forgot his nickname* went back to to get some clothes for ParanasRizalito. So while waiting, we tried the water first. That was so COLD, like really COLD. It was like a melted ice in a styrofoam. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to bring shorts so Tay didn’t take off his shorts, so that I have a karamay. After 15minutes, Amiel and Ate Ellen arrived but Amiel had to go back to get Romell because his engine stopped.
Since Igo and Rizalito went back, they let Marjessel and others to ride at his multicab. So after a while, they arrived and jumped at the cold spring. But since everybody was hungry, we prepared the food. We were having a hard time with the grill thing, but thanks to the boy. And sorry Mother Earth for using the cellophanes.
We had an enough lunch. Everybody was contented, even Leandro. Good to know that Igo is having a diet. And after Lunch, swimming time! And we played piis-piisay, but it didn’t last long because the boys decided to go to the Little Quinabut-an. So we paid for the cottage and entrance. While we were on our way, we asked why, and they said they didn’t like the presence of the other group, the boys were from a public school, we know some of them and we know the attitude. I felt that too when we were there, I don’t like the looks and the cheers.
Igo was the one who paid for the expenses at Lil Quinabut-an. At first, all the girls, including me, were like “eeeeeewww, Let’s go back”. But After a while, we enjoyed the water and its level. I love the jumping laughing time. We left Lil angQuinabut-an at past 4pm. Before that we had like, 4 jumps.
