Calling it a DAY

A healthy way to start the day

Taho
Because it was a bad traffic we decided to park the car in Eastwood and take the LRT to Recto.

Kuya Aldrin. T-shirt: Perfect Body ... Under Construction
At 168. Divisoria mode.
Colors of Divisoria
We had our Lunch in Reyes Barbeque. Maaaan, they have the best sauce there and I love their rice. ü So, after lunch we went to Arangke (that's how I spell it) but only Auntie Gina stroll around. The three of us (Me, Ate Jinky and Kuya Aldrin) went to Binondo to start the said Food trip.

Invading Chinatown
The First stop
Their Siopao here deserves a WOW. Take it from me people, It's 10 out of 10. And aside form its delicious taste its price is very affordable. If I would price the taste it would be 40 to 50 pesos BUT you can have the taste of heaven for only 16 pesos.
Second stop
Wai Ying Fast Food

Congee. I remember my fellow listerian, MariCON JEE Bacho. *Laughs. This tastes good. I thought the meat was Lechon but it was fried Duck. Shocked but YUM!

Century Egg Siomai. My first Century Egg experience was not that tasty. But this one made difference in my tongue. It was good. ü

Third Stop
Masuki. Kuya said the invention of Wanton was here. And even though their story has already been published in a newspaper and even though they've been already visited by some TV personalities the place remained humble. It was not a grand place at all, it was so simple with 30 chairs. And the food was simple but tastes really GOOD!
Eating the noodles feels like I'm part of their history already.
The sauce made it all taste like heaven. YUMMY!
This Siopao is enormous that we have to slice it into four. I love their Siopao, it's different from the first Siopao we tried but they're both of 10 rate for me. We're so full, we can't finish the last slice so we have to take it to Auntie Gina. :)

 Fourth and Last Stop
Best Dumpling according to Kuya
Here comes the Legend. It's fresh! Here, they don't have a room for the dumpling-making. They make it in one of the tables in the Place. I'm really amazed with these Chinese people, although they're already making a history they don't mind renovating the Place. Maybe its a Chinese superstition. And another maybe, because it's not the place they sell its the food that matters.

SMILE. It's my first to use metal chopsticks. Unlike the wood chopstick this one is SO hard to use. It made my dumpling-eating more exciting.
