My Past won't Define my Future

They say Life is what you make it. Be a smoker and live with a cancer. Be healthy and live longer. Be a good student and live with an achievement.

I partly agree with the quotation. But I wonder, how about those who have seen the light? Taking the quotation at a different angle, it's true, Life is what we make it. We could always make a difference. Today is different from yesterday. A Philosopher once stated,
There is nothing permanent except change. I guess, only those who still live in their past will live a past-made future. Changing is not a once in a lifetime opportunity. It doesn't need you to line up to hit the lucky numbers. It's more like of a Newspaper, it comes daily. Yet some people don't mind grabbing it, they prefer easy life, watching television. Changing comes in many ways, depending on what you have lived. And it requires a lot of effort.

Live as smoker and stay with cancer. Live healthy stay longer. Live with good grades and stay as achiever.
